Great car wash with modern equipment. But most importantly, the people who work here are always helpful, kind, and genuinely try to assist you. That alone gives you more than most other places. Detailing center included ! Definitely recommend!

Sadly, we got scammed here. The car wash is great, and I loved having the towels and products to use to clean the inside. But when I asked the attendant for 1 MONTH ONLY and not a recurring bill, he set it up for recurring bills. 3 months later when we realized what happened and canceled, they would not refund, even though they could see we did not use the car wash during that time. So buyer beware!

The Nixa location barely puts in any effort in pre brushing the front of your car. Did left 1/4 and back 1/4. 1/2 of my windshield. The other location by Menards off of Hwy 60 is better. My Yukon was splattered with bugs and still was when I left. 🥲

Went in for a basic wash. I was asked to upgrade to a membership. I declined due to having an accident inside of another location (due to driver in front of me putting their car in park in the wash and causing several of us to collide).
He happily paid for and upgraded my wash due to the experience I had. I didn't ask for nor expect this, but the top notch customer service has me reconsidering and wanting a membership again! I greatly appreciate him being so kind!

I got your $17 wash , not happy. Pulled in by my self as the attendant was on his phone. When he got the brush he was only able to get it to front drivers headlight and tailgate. Wash was too fast and not soapy or enough water. When inspecting after wash, noticed a ton of bugs and spots still. Asked to go threw again. 2nd round was authorized and it was no different. Attendant on the phone only pre washed the front drivers side headlight and back window. Fast wash and when done still bugs all over my car. Waste of 17 . I usually go to the PATRIOT car wash. Didn't have time today. Sad very disapointed!!!!

Nixa Take 5 car wash is great! Ive had a membership here for 6 months now and I love it! The Staff here are very kind and helpful and the vacuum area is always clean and stocked up. Highly recommend

Not impressed. Ever since Take 5 took over, it has gone downhill. Half of the vacuums don't have enough suction. There isn't enough rinse water and my cars are still soapy when pulling out. The shop towels for drying are dirty and still wet after being laundered? The track inside the car wash has damaged my expensive after market wheels. They have 3 or 4 workers at a time and only one seems to be doing anything...scrubbing your windshield with dirty water as you enter.

Absolutely love there setup. Air ,vacumes cleaners and fresh wet towels makes detail your vehicle so nice. We love our membership.
