Excellent customer service, from shopping all the way to delivery! Tania was amazing at helping me pick out my furniture and scheduling my delivery. She was super sweet and fun to interact with. Tyler and Andrew delivered my furniture two days later (when I was available) and they were nothing but amazing! I live upstairs in a smaller place and I knew it was going to be a pain for them to deliver to me. They were very pleasant and helped me out. Even interacted with my fur baby who was barking non stop to help ease her mind, and my kiddos. It is rare to find people to provide that kind of customer service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with T & C. They furnished our whole Gearhart condo with beautiful product. Glenn and Jennifer in the Seaside store could have not been nicer and more helpful.

We had a complicated 3rd floor delivery and the sleeper sofa would not fit on the elevator. Cindy and Thomas came to the jobsite and carried it up the stairway with the delivery staff. I could not been more impressed. They were amazing. They went above and beyond to get the job done.
