Ribeyes had a lot of marbling, spent $300.00 on meat, and was very disappointed with the outcome. Will try other shops before this one. Selection was very small. Will only come back as a last resort

I picked up 2 of the steak queso today for a luncheon at work. I had seen it on Facebook and it looked really good. Well, it's excellent. Everyone loved it. I will definitely get more and tell everyone wanting a great queso to go to T&C.

Was a first time customer in November this year . I bought cube steak and pepper jack ranch burgers. It was so awesome. The cube steak was by far the best I had ever bought. And the burgers were fantastic. I will be buying all of my meat there from now on. Thanks for having such good quality beef.

Love the meats, have gone loads, the max and cheese braut is top teir tho. but when I called and asked about uncooked beef bone, like to roast and make beef marrow spread, as soon as I asked this girl sounded so condescending, they don’t sell them btw. Other than that great place.

Awesome staff - never once had an issue with anyone or any of their products. They’re always willing to go back and cut a fresh piece of meat for me. Be sure to drop by when they make jalapeño poppers; they’re the best I’ve ever had. I started a tradition called Filet Friday where I grab myself a filet and a pound of jalapeño poppers and always look forward to going back. Thank you, T&C team!
