This lady here was very unhelpful and so poorly trained. I didn’t have a good experience and felt discriminated against by this person. The supervisor was defending her the whole time. No wonder why this bank needs more professional people to take over these so called very trained bankers. They make it so much difficult at this bank, I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here when other TD banks can do much better. Take your prejudice self somewhere else. Just look at how many negative comments there is on here.

So I am a business owner. I opened up a bank account with TD Bank the one on 3600 N Federal Highway. in Lighthouse point .Velma was extremely rude to me saying that company that I do work with in New York . She was stating that the check is fake that she can just tell, She is very biased and rude when I’ve done plenty of work with this company. She told me there would be probably a 21 day hold on a check. I just moved here to Lighthouse point and I am very disappointed. Not to mention the company that she claimed the check was fake more than likely ,was Outraged. I think I will take my regular checking account and my business account and go back to Wells Fargo. I have never been treated so rudely from my own personal bank in my life Velma. Thank you for that.
And I apologize for the grammar I am just furious!!!!!

And I usually do not post bad reviews, but she has me pretty upset!!!!!!

I came in at 4:50 on a Friday. Tia helped me get a new debit card after my wallet was stolen. I walked out at 5pm with a new debit card . The whole thing and interaction was nice and easy. I tried the same thing at chase just before and was turned away with no help and maybe I get a card Monday at the earliest. TD bank and Tia have made up my mind . They are the only bank for me. I felt valued as a customer and person. Thank you TD bank and Tia in lighthouse point, Fl

This branch is the least accommodating of any bank I have ever used. I am a loyal and happy TD customer, doing business at several branches. This location is always a problem. They turned me away today for a simple accomodation of document notarization. I drove to another branch and was immediately and cheerfuly taken care of. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Long time customers cannot get any service from reps at this branch. Have been waiting for over 30 min to handle business. Meanwhile a rep is teaching a customer how to read their credit report! SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH!

There’s this lady at the bank who is very rude her name is Vilma she was mocking me the entire time and putting on a fake smile like she didn’t know what she was doing. This Vilma lady is very unprofessional and unhelpful.

I'm shocked at the treatment I receive at this bank. There are employees just standing around while there are long lines and people waiting to speak to customer care. I've never had to go into a bank so much over so many problems. They're rude. Justina, the head teller is partial to people of her own skin color. They give you nasty looks. Furthermore upper management is even worse. They place holds on checks without telling you. They mail you a letter and start returning payments you've made. They promise to return fees but now you've incurred late fees with your credit cards and other fees they won't reimburse. I've never met a more inconvenient bank in my life. I also hear people say that constantly in their constant long lines. Log lines are one thing, but when people are just standing around, it's quite another.
