This store has the kind of old-fashioned customer service that reminds me of the old days of Mom and Pop stores that really cared about each and every customer.

I had an odd request that they couldn't fulfill due to not carrying what I was looking for, but they took the time to give me the exact specs and where and how to possibly find it.
