We had a good experience with Teeter in Mena. Randy took the time to make sure that we had several vehicles to choose from. There was NO high pressure nor the usual dealer games. We spent a couple weeks searching within 4 hours drive of Mena and ended up pulling the trigger on a very good used vehicle at Teeter. Thank you for taking care of us!

The flyer I received in the mail for the sale this past week said "huge inventory of vehicles and $99 down /$299 mth regardless of credit history will get you into a ride"...they came back with the price being $1000 down/$450 mth for the one car that was leftover...nothing that was on that flyer was true and was a complete waste of time. It also said "$5000 paid for your trade in" which was also a lie because they wouldn't do anything for my trade in...will not be back or recommend anyone I know to buy a car from here

Staff is not experienced or knowledgeable about the vehicles. Had a cosigner and a trade-in and a down payment and they still wanted more information about everyone's income. Like exactly how many years someone worked for before retiring from IRS and how many years, branch and where did you serve in the military.

They told my wife she needed a co signer a down payment and to trade her car in because of our credit, the last we were told my wife has great credit So pretty much if you don't look wealthy they will turn you down!
