Very nice community and facility.
However, several aggressive racists live here. They are racial profiling and walking around and ask for your identity and address if you are non-white....
Very annoying....unfortunately.

The hoa fees to expenses 355.50month +2500.00 every year extra in temescal valley district. Next September hoa increase 12.00 more it's too much $$$

We were there right after the models were completed. We your three homes. The first is for seniors, one level beautifully designed, with outdoor entertainment, kitchenette area, which included mounted T. V, and folding glide patio doors. Plenty of cabinet space in kitchen, islands complete with in cabinet refrigerator or wine racks. Fireplace in den of open concepts. Spacious bedrooms, laundry room, office space. Master bedroom comes with luscious onsuite. Ceiling to floor windows in from office, and dining rooms. Backyard was somewhat small for me, but the patio area had plenty of space for entertaining.

If you don’t mind drones spying on you in your backyard or through your windows then this is the perfect place. Security is nonexistent as well. The gates are wide open most of the time so anyone can enter. The neighbors are horrible snobs. The HOA will tell you to replace a tree that just needs water. Your neighbors can park RV’s for days on the street along with their trucks but the minute your car is on the same street after midnight security is writing you a citation. This place would be great if there was “actual” security and privacy.

Great floor plan but the hoa high and two percent tax. I guess all new homes are the same cost for the tax side abc HOA.
