We love to go to the Terri’s store. They have a lot of options and some better prices. The people are nice. You can get warranty service here too if a glass is defective.

Have a nice selection of glasses and travel mugs made here in the United States. The staff was very friendly and greeted everyone who came and asked if you needed help with anything they also thanked everyone for stopping in

The staff here are very friendly, professional, and patient. They helped me in-store, and took my order over the phone for mailing products. I even called looking for a specific cup and the nice lady took the time to try to find it. They work hard. The store has a large selection, some you won't find online at the website. I love my Tervis thermos. They are great for work, sports, boating, car rides, etc. The thermos are durable, and don't leak. Add a karabeaner hook for easy carrying. Always fun designs, prints, colors, and themes to fit any personality, interests, and taste. They make great gifts and souvenirs too. Happy shopping!

8-30-24. Finally received a call saying my tervis cup has been repaired. 4 months and 2 weeks later...Tervis just declared bankruptcy. Poor in store marketing is one reason for their decline. Long repair waits on life time warentee cups is another reason for their decline
