I was searching for a difficult to find Specialized model. The Bike Shop appeared in the Shopping results on Google. I had some questions so I called them. Jenniffer was very kind and extremely helpful. Even sent me pics of the bike from her phone. Old fashioned person to person customer service. Well done. I'd recommend this shop to anyone!

Thank you, picked up the Del Sol Projekt this last weekend. High quality single speed flip flop hubbed fixie. This was the second interaction that I have had with Micah, hope I spelled it right, if not the phonics are. The first time, I stopped by to check out electric bikes and get someone that's real not just some guy on the YouTube or the reddits opinion. I would say that he knew what I needed way more than what I did and I listened.
I ended up getting an ebike off of Amazon for cheap because I don't have any credit and my paychecks are small. Coming around four hundred dollars spendable seems like miracles at moments.

I did listen and bought an ebike that weighed under sixty pounds and looked like I could peddle if I had to with no battery. Fast forward a month and a half and I did two ten mile days with no assist. I guess it turned into me wanting to be the engine that makes it go fast, that makes it spin. That and cruising ten to fifteen mph in nature adds so much quality to my life. I have to concentrate on breathing right, on how my legs are moving, how I'm shifting my weight, the line I choose. It's all encompassing if you let it.

I stopped back in this last weekend because on the website they had a bike listed as a gravel fixie and well I was looking for simple and cheap. Micah let me take it for a test spin and that first rotation was so smooth like cutting through the atmosphere with a butter knife. Romance the ride ladies and gents. I made it a hundred feet flipped it right around and bought it. Plus it's one of the most eco-friendly bikes down to the seat and peddles, carbon footprint as it is marketed.

I did switch handle bars around because 28mm and the wide flat bars were a tad too sensitive on the dirt and so I swapt some swept back handle bars. I just wasn't that confident being that aggressive.

Thank you so much to the bike shop in Enid and Micah.

Went to drop off a bike for maintenance and told them person I’ll need it finished in 2 weeks because I was moving. He said it was doable. I called him a week later and nothing. I stopped by and he said it would be done within a week. Nothing. I’ve moved and my bike is still there.

Highly do NOT recommend.

I was looking for a small size of a specific bike and this shop allowed me to purchase it online with a $25 shipping fee. Several days later I get an email stating they need to speak with me and that I was not responding to a voice mail (which I did not receive). Super disappointed this bike shop then tells me they will have to take it apart, find a box and I will have to pay an extra $200. I offered to split the difference in shipping and they would not budge. Maybe a great local bike shop but why do they sell online!!!! I chose them over another company because of their inexpensive shipping, now I have lost out on a small bike altogether.

I have been using The Bike Shop for years. Bought my kids bikes there about 8 years ago, I never had any issues with the bikes. They sell good quality merchandise at a fair price. Anyone who rides bikes regularly knows you get what you pay for & if you want a quality bike and/or accessories this is definitely the place to go! The owners are very helpful, kind, & knowledgeable people. My latest purchase from them was an excellent bike carrier. I realize in today's world it can be a lot simpler at times to just get on your phone & buy what you want but, you won't get the service you will from a great local shop like this one! They are cyclists themselves and host great group rides as well!

The Bike Shop has an enormous selection of top-of-the-line bikes as well as bike accessories. While the price may be a little high the high in merchandise you'll be getting is worth it exclamation point
