This place is wonderful!!! Jessica was so incredible and I have honestly taken way too long to leave this review. The first dress she recommended I try on did end up being the one I fell in love with ultimately and I really appreciate all of the help she gave in order to make getting it a reality. I would recommend
this place to anyone in a heartbeat for one of the best wedding dress shopping experiences around. Thank you Jessica you made the process of finding my dream dress great, you are amazing and I'm so grateful for your help in finding a dress that made me feel beautiful on my wedding day!!

I had an amazing experience getting my dress here! Sophia was my stylist and I LOVED her! Sophia was so sweet and fun, she is also incredible at her job! She listened to what I wanted and she made sure I felt comfortable and confident! She picked out a beautiful dress for me! I can’t wait to wear it! Here is why they are receiving two stars. My mother made an appointment specifically because we had a budget which the website states to do. It also was suggested it was a good store for plus sized gals. I also flew out of state to go dress shopping and was really excited about this. We get there the lady asks us our budget? We say 900$ and we are then met with a weird look and told the average dress cost is around 1200. The "selection for every body type" was a few dresses and none of them were in our price range and it's not like I got to pick anything I actually liked except for one that was like 1700 dollars. Hands down, that is rude. We have a budget you can't honor it. Your website speaks about 300 gowns and a dress for every body size/type and i kept saying I wanted a sleeved dress and she didn't have a single one except the one I picked which I couldn't afford. She put a tiny piece of tulling on my arm as an example for a sleeve and said it was the most cost effective. So I guess i was too poor to get proper sleeves on a dress as well? She also made a comment about how they don't really want to order anything right now. Why say the to a potential client? She was nice, yes but I didn't feel special or like connected with or like I could even have a real opinion because the options were so limited. I really didn't appreciate the fact that she kept grabbing and putting me in dresses I didn't like and even if I did I couldn't buy. I left feeling insecure and very doubtful and like all that was important was them making money. I went to David's bridal in Salem and found my dress right at my budget and the ladies there were amazing and went above and beyond. I will never recommend this place.

Michelle was amazing! All it took was one phone call and a look through the binder that I had made, and she knew exactly what I wanted. She showed me multiple different dresses that were slightly different but still captured what I had explained to her that I wanted. It was as if she was saving the best for last because the very last dress had us all in tears as I had my "say yes to the dress" moment. I would absolutely recommend coming to this location and truly recommend Michelle.

What a delightful experience! Wow!
Michelle was my stylist and was so prepared and willing to change what I had originally asked for for style.
I was able to try on all the dresses she chose for me. Now the dress!
The very first dress I tried on, fit well and was so beautiful I almost cried. Being a wonderful stylist, Michelle suggested I compare it to some others to make sure it was the one. And it was a great idea, because it was exactly what I needed to confirm it sure was the most perfect dress. The price was a little over our budget but Michelle did all she could to give us the most affordable price for my dream dress. Thank you so much everyone at The Bridal Gallory Salem. I can't wait for my fittings! Thank you for your expertise and the delightful experiences in this chaotic process of planning a wedding!
I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in this gorgeous dress.

I came here for my first bridal shopping experience, and Lexi was AMAZING! They had a great selection for bridges on a budget, and I highly recommend this shop for plus size brides as well. 35% of their inventory is over size 18! Lexi got to know my style and catered toward it, and genuinely made me feel beautiful and special. While although I didn’t walk away with a dress(I am really in search of a non traditional colored dress), this was more than I could have asked for💜.

Talk about a full service bridal shop! The Bridal Gallery has everything you could need for your wedding attire, both with a HUGE selection of gowns and an incredible Tux shop, in house alterations and gown cleaning and preservation too! They truly take care of and serve their clients well!

I got married on October 29th of 2023, I went to sooo many bridal stores to find my perfect dress but couldn’t find “the one” ( I tried on over 50 dresses🥲) but when I went to Bridal Gallery I found the dress of my dreams! The ladies that work there are the most amazing and supportive girls everrrrr! Their customer service and flexibility to work with you are top notch!!! Their seamstress is amazing at everything she does. I had to get my dress to be very covering due to religious reasons and I was worried it would look bulky but she did such an amazing job with making me look snatched and the sleeves were absolutely stunningggggggg!!!! If you are thinking of stopping by to take a look at Bridal Gallery to find your dream dress, don’t even hesitate. They will not disappoint. I love you all for making my big day so amazing and making me find the perfect dress and making it perfect for me go sooo smoothly.
