I loved the place. Found most everything that I was looking for. Gentleman there was helpful and friendly. I was looking for food items I was not able to find at Publix British section. Especially the proper back bacon that I don't see at any supermarket. Of course it was more expensive than the same products in the UK, but I was expecting that due to shipping and fees.
They have more tea than you can imagine. I'm good with just the PG Tips. LOL
They have a bit of everything in a small shop. Meats, bakery, candies, snacks, caps, shirts, towels, flags, tea pots, knick·knacks. Of course there is an online website for shopping, but if you love or like British goods, I highly suggest that you take time to go walk the shop.
Today, I was in the new Longwood location, same great service, same great tastes of the UK in stock.
Stopped in for some mincemeat pies that I have been missing since my Christmas in England. They now have a large stock of Christmas and New Years goodies.

Excellent store for British snacks and sweet cravings. Chocolates, chips, teas, collectibles, frozen items, and lots of other hard to find British items. Customer service was friendly and offered to order things that weren’t available.
Store is on the smaller side and packed with all the right things however they could add more variety. Also, the prices were higher than other similar stores in US. We easily spent $50 with a few chocolates and bags of crisps but it was worth it and a lot cheaper than plane ticket to London.
Overall, a decent store.

I wasn't going to review until I read the others. My family and I stumbled on this place a few weeks ago. We bought a small bag of candy for over 80 dollars. I didn't notice the price until we got home. Nothing has price tags. Several of our overpriced items were expired by many months. We will not return.

I honestly feel scammed. I went to the place and there were no price tags on any products. I bought 5 items: a small box with 8 mini French Pastries, a box with tea bags, a box of Gingerbread man cookies, a box with 4 meat cakes and a Orange-shaped chocolate. The last price I saw and was told at the cashier was 22.95 and I paid understanding that was the final price. However when I got home I realized the actual total charge was 81.43 which by the way the receipt was not even itemized, just the lump sum. Extremely expensive and products were not advertised correctly. I don't think those products should have amounted to 80+, not even by mistake. I just tried the meat cakes and they have very low quality ground beef. Not returning.

It was insanely overpriced, $13.99 for a box of tea that I could buy at a different British Food Store for $4.99. There are no prices listed on the items, so you don't know how much anything is. Cute concept but shop elsewhere.

I visited for the first time. Nothing is priced. Major sticker shock when checking out and the receipts don't have the items on so you still don't know how much for each item. I purchased a bag for $43. The other purchases were a package of 6 bangers a pork pie and a milky bar. The total came to $90. I will not be going back. Unfortunately I didn't realize till I got home. Next time I will pay more attention.

Nice variety of items but no prices listed on anything, which ended in sticker shock when checking out. A little pricey for me but I'm not aware of costs to import and stock items from overseas. Also, we noticed a few of the snack items were expired once we were putting together the gift basket.
