Good selection of items but the staff is rather rude. They followed me around closely as if I was going to steal something. Super weird vibes all around. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable at all and will not be back.

I visited The Bronze Lady yesterday as I do every time I’m at the Pass. The difference was Tracey!!!!! I can not say enough about her. Genuine customer service and sale’s experience. She did not hover over my husband and i, she just jumped in to graciously help when she knew we were ready. She made our experience a great one!! 5 stars for her and 5 stars for the shop!
