I had an interview scheduled with Olivia and was ghosted by her. She never bothered to cancel, reschedule or tell me why the interview never happened. She just never called. Very unprofessional! I would never work there now, nor sell my luxury goods. Good luck if you do business with them.

This place is amazing!! Over the years I’ve purchased multiple items from The Closet Trading Company and they ALWAYS have great finds! The stylists are super helpful and I always leave with something cute and unique for a great price. I’ve never consigned any of my own items but I love shopping what comes in. Bonus points for being a fun and an easy way to do good for the planet. Down with fast fashion, Closet Trading Co for the win!

Horrible experience! I gave them a Zadig Voltaire bag to sell. It was returned to me after few months unsold, but the chain was missing. Useless to say that the beautiful chains for these bags are a very important feature. I was told that a manager would call me for this. I waited few days and called them back and I was told that someone would call me. Nobody called me and nobody apologized: that is not the way you run business. I would not trust them ever with any items. Be careful!

Someone stole my brand-new Chanel Bag from the store and I paid 6400+ tax for this bag and they give me a mirror check for $1000, thinking that it’s okay. It’s not my fault that they hired people that couldn’t do their jobs do not buy anything from the store, they don’t care about your clothing, if it doesn’t sell or if it gets lost or if it gets dirty they won’t pay you a penny

Place is small and the girls that work here are young and so rude and have no customer service skills they look at you like you dont belong there and that your gonna shoplift! Came in with my wife and kids and that is what happend! And they just stare at you they could of asked if we needed help or atleast greeted us! So i definitely do not recomend you come here if you do then be prepared! And funny how the owner commented saying that she doesent have a CLIENT with my name! So im guessing you have to be a client to just browse in her shop! I think its ridiculous

This review is long overdue but after my most recent experience, I felt like I had to say something. I found out about this store from a friend and have been coming in for several years anytime I need to buy my girlfriend a fancy gift but want to save a bit of money. The Closet always has a pretty impressive selection of women’s purses and jewelry from brands that I could never normally afford. Every time I drop in before Valentine's Day or my girlfriend’s birthday, the employees at this store have always helped me find an incredible gift that my girlfriend always loves. The stuff they sell is not all second-hand either, a lot of it is brand new with the tags still on!

The reason why I feel like I needed to write this review was that most recently, the employees at The Closet helped me pick out this incredible Roberto Coin bracelet that I just gave to my GF for her bday. When she opened the box, she went all teary-eyed with joy. The next day she Google searched the bracelet (what girl wouldn't) and saw that it is currently being sold on Saks Fifth Avenue’s website for well over a thousand dollars but I paid a fraction of the price at The Closest…but shhh, don’t tell her.

Needless to say, even though I’m a dude, I will always continue to come here. The employees are always so helpful, the store has an insane selection of high-end designers, and the prices can’t be beaten.

I’ve been a client since they opened when Olivia was first there and before the business got bought over by the new owners.
Things were good efficient and professional.
However since the new ownership this place has been lacking customer Service, consistency and accountability.
I’m yet to receive my check that was due 3 weeks ago I called I was told they had a glitch in the system and it will go out last week.
I’m yet to receive my check and when I call the store my calls are disconnected.
I’m a client that only sells to them and I’ve never bought anything.
