They did awesome work restoring my vintage red wing chukkas.

Really down to earth people who do amazing work. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get their boots restored or any sort of repair work done.

Bought a pair of boots from them about 4 years ago and the boots have been going strong. Only change the sole out every year but the boot has held up against how much I walk and travel. The elastic material has held up too, which is very surprising considering that’s usually only good for a few years. The sales team was extremely honest and helpful.

They fixed my YSL espadrilles. I was afraid I was going to have to purchase another pair but they told me it was an easy fix. $25 and it was ready in 2 days.

Bad customer service and they don’t have any of the tools that they need to do repairs. No navy blue dye, no belt cutters or belt hole punchers, no small screwdrivers to remove old and attach new buckles. Maybe they just aren’t willing to help black patrons since it appears they’re entire clientele is white!

It used to be easy to find shoe repair shops but now they’ve all shutdown and frankly The Cobblers will be next. If you can’t figure out how to retain customers, you’re done.

Not to good bought a pair of shoes owner told me were the most comfortable and maybe were but for him Not for me. Put a lift in my right shoe only to find they were to small. Owner refused to take the shoes back and l had never walked even 1 mile in them
Nof a very customer oriented place. Years ago
It was a much better place
$160 down the drain. Gave the shoes away 2yrs later.
