Very friendly staff. There is literally everything you would need here from high end cookware like Le Creuset to inexpensive measuring cups. There might be more higher end things but there are lots of gadgets. I went in looking for a pepper mill and although I didn't find one I liked, I will be back, especially when I need a gift item. They had all shape and sizes (and price ranges) for serving ware. The same with cake stands.

Decent selection of specialty food gift items, too. The store is jam-packed of goodies for the foodie in your life.

I made my first visit to The Cooks Nook on 9-13-24 , I was greeted by 2 very friendly ladies who helped answer a few questions and helped me with a selection on a purchase. We talked through some difficulties I was having with bread making and got an excellent suggestion on how to correct the issues. I value her ability to give insightful advice and her willingness to help. I will highly recommend this store for all your cooking and kitchen needs. I will be returning for future purchases.

They wouldn’t let me return a pasta machine even though it was unopened. I didn’t want my money back, I wanted to buy a more expensive item. No I didn’t have my receipt but I am in their computer system so they know that I bought it there.

The women who work there are INCREDIBLY helpful and so sweet!! I found everything I needed and more. This store has it all. I tasted a most delicious garlic olive oil so bought 2. I also found one item in particular that I wasn't expecting. It was a handmade coffee/tea cup made in Poland. It was beautifully hand painted. I couldn't resist buying it for my mother. She was thrilled when I gave it to her. So, when you go to The Cook's Nook, and you have to go, be on the lookout for the unexpected 😊.

Beware if you get a gift card and don’t spend it all in one visit . They will give you store credit supposedly and it’s stored by your name only . My wife has a common name and they gave her store credit to someone else and basically made her feel like she was lying about it. They weren’t rude but said they couldn’t verify that it wasn’t her why not have an email or phone number associated with accounts. They proceeded to tell her she used the credit in May but hadn’t been to the store since June of 2022 and still had the receipt showing the credit. If she didn’t have credit why would she keep a receipt that long . Granted it wasn’t a great deal of money but it’s the principal and just bad business. Although my wife doesn’t shop there with the exception of of these two occasions her boss does and the gift card was given by her boss who shops and has enjoyed the store albeit most likely not any longer after she hears of this incident .

Um, I'm thankful that this store had a product I had been looking everywhere for, however, the atmosphere of the store's employees are quite rude. The young cashier was very sweet, but the older employees seemed quite bothered by my questions and curiosity and gave me the impression I was not important of their time. I will not be coming back.
