To say we are well pleased with our Countertop Shop experience would be a gross understatement. Owner Tim Healy patiently endured my endless questions, made great design suggestions such as joining the 2 sides of our bar to form a continent & gave me timely schedule updates.

From meticulous templating to flawless installation, the hardworking Countertop Shop crew expertly handled the many challenges of our job including our large galley sink & unlevel cabinets. They precisely fabricated around the 3 load-bearing posts, installed multiple braces under the bar, desk & sink to ensure ample support, seams were strategically placed & inconspicuously joined and extra man power was on hand to safely handle the heavy granite.

We did not realize how much planning (I.e. will that big slab fit through the door), skill, special equipment and manpower is required to do this work well. The Countertop Shop are experts, fully equipped, experienced & do an exceptional job! We are most grateful we entrusted our kitchen remodel to them & highly recommend the Countertop Shop without reservation

This company is definitely the best around. From start to finish they made the process easy. They had full slabs to view in an inside showroom, tons of working sinks and vanities, and helped to coordinate several subcontractors for us. Would highly recommend!

Updated: The owner came out to our house and was very genuine and kind. He cleared up a lot of confusion and miscommunications. The countertops look great and the installation crew was wonderful.

So far, very poor communication leading to a lot of frustration, confusion, and disappointment. Will update if anything changes.

The Countertop Shop might have been the best customer service we have ever experienced. They detailed all the work down to the millimeter, and they had TONS of options for us to choose from. So I let them be the general contractor for the kitchen and living area remodel. That was a mistake. Almost a year in, and their still not finished. Average 2 working days out of a month. Their Counter tops are top notch. When they work -they are quality workers. It's just that they don't spend enough time at my house.

oh WOW! I live in Dallas and we are building a weekend tiny home in Enid. I have access in Dallas to alllllll kinds of cheap floor and tile places. But, I would happily pay a little bit more money to have access to the customer service I received from Tim at the Countertop Shop. Our build was completely unpredictable and filled with delays. But, Tim just went with it and took such good care of me! My new floors are stunning and my kitchen counters are just TO DIE FOR! Their selection rivaled anything here in Dallas or any other big city. And right here in lil ol' Enid, OK! I am forever grateful to Tim and his staff and I look forward to buying more fun stuff from them in the future. photos are coming!
