My first visit was this past week. I want a paella pan, which she carries. She has a 15" pan which goes in the oven and serves eight. I was looking for a smaller one for my stovetop. For a small mom and pops store I was pleasantly surprised when she recommended I try another local business.
The items The Culinarium carries are unique, authentic, and reasonably priced. All very affordable. I will be stopping and shopping at Constance's whenever I can.
This stop my purchase was saffron from Madagascar, and authentic Spanish paella rice.

If you need (or want) high quality kitchen tools, or special high quality spices or oils, come here! I've bought knives, a number of pans and a great cutting board. Today I added to my collection of Black Cube non stick pan. What's awesome about these pans is the grid keeps your metal utensils from damaging the non-stick. A brilliant product!

Had an amazing experience on my first stop to the Culinarium. My fiance and I were in Ashland for some light shopping and she wanted to show me this kitchen store she had found a couple weeks prior.

The store was well stocked with provisions and has literally something for every discerning cook. Top quality wares, the finest quality spices and a hand picked collection of kitchen wares.

If u need something specific I'm sure the owner would oblige and help obtain said items. There was so much to look at and the well lit welcoming atmosphere made it a very enjoyable stop.

We look forward to coming back for more!

I have been shopping at the Culinarium for several year and always happy. The service and knowledge of the owners and staff is exceptional. I have had a great experience with each visit. Love all my Heritage Steel, ceramic knives, bread making accessories and much much more. A better and unique variety than other kitchen stores. Highly recommend Nd I’ll be going back!!

Our family has loved this shop since is opened in Jacksonville, and are delighted that they are now located in Ashland! Not only do the owners have an eye for gorgeous high qualities kitchen supplies, but also for the little “treat yourself” items that you can justify on a regular basis.
They are also extremely helpful in discussing a recipe if you are curious about their blog, or just to chat about what you’re making for dinner. Stopping in to the Culinarium is always a delight and a joy, and we look forward to the next stop in!

Love The Culinarium! Everything in this store is of the highest quality and you can tell that the wonderful owners have put a ton of energy into selecting each item they sell. I've given their oils as gifts and they are always a hit! I also have several pots and pans now, from the Culinarium and am so happy with how they've performed and held up!
