Diana (Deanna?) is my main issue. This location has always been slow with poor customer service. I’ve been here for years and it never changes but this time I won’t be returning due to a major attitude problem with Diana working at one of the registers typically in the morning. Today it was 10/12 and she had the same snarky demeanor and makes remarks that seem completely inappropriate for someone who is technically in customer service but with weed. She clearly only works her for the perks but doesn’t have any class or experience with how to treat customers.

This dispensary is truly my favorite! The staff here is incredibly friendly. Tonight, on 07-23-24, I walked in feeling like I was having the worst day ever, but the gentleman working there turned my day around completely. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

It was my first time here and the service was excellent. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a new patient discount for medical card holders, but I was told that if they implement the policy in the future I would be “GRANDMOTHERED” in the discount at that time.

It is in kind of a weird building. Google maps sent me in a back way and all I saw was the sign and an empty parking lot. It looked kind of spooky and so do the empty corridors on the way in.

I loved the service.

The man at the door barely spoke. He scanned the id's and then said nothing. The bud tender didn't put any effort into helping us. Every question we asked was like prying the answer out. This was my first time at this dispo and my last. There are too many others near by that are welcoming.

Used to be a fun environment when walking in. Now employees seem like they hate their job. No friendly customer service attitude whatsoever with any of the customers in the store. Went in monday 9/9 at 5:15pm. Oh and they did not honor online price deal. Definitely will not be coming back.

One of the better dispensaries in the area. They're always extremely friendly and knowledgeable over at this spot. They have a variety of products for all patient needs. Definitely highly recommended in terms of the quality of the service and the products within this establishment. They also always have some amazing deals here.
