Updated Review 5/9/23 - Two Stars
Ah, you're right. I should have come back to update my review, but it slipped my mind. First star because the product is quality material/made and was the cheapest (by far) compared to its competitors. Second star because it actually arrived.

Since we're handing out advice... I'll give some of my own: 1.) don't tell your customer the product is in stock and ships quick when that's a lie, 2.) if there's a change in status of the order, such as a delay, reach out to your customer to let them know, 3.) after you've taken your customer's money weeks to months ago and haven't shipped the product, you should probably return their phone calls or emails when they inquire about what's going on, 4.) just charge your customers when the items ship so it doesn't seem like they paid for a scam, 5.) don't make them post a nasty review in order for them to just get the product they paid for.

To everyone else reading: great product--beautiful--and considerably cheaper than other shops. Whether or not that's worth the headache/gamble is up to you.

Original Review March 2023 - One Star
I was told my items were in good stock and that items typically ship within two days. I was billed over $600 for the products, but they were never shipped. That was about 6 weeks ago. Over the past several weeks I have made repeated attempts to reach ANYONE at the store (via email, phone, voicemails, etc.) and cannot reach anyone or get someone to return my inquiries. I understand if stock changed or if there was some issue, but at bare minimum I deserve an explanation. In a few business days I will report the charge as fraudulent to paypal and my credit card company and shopping elsewhere unless I get some answers. Will adjust this review accordingly if this problem is resolved.

Editing this review… I finally received my kit and it is exactly what I wanted. Which is why I’m going from 1 star to 3 stars. However, the lack of communication from this company is extremely unprofessional.

Ordered a kit over a month ago. And I get it, things take time. But the lack of communication is RIDICULOUS. I have called 5 times, messaged several times on their chat feature, and also left a review on the site. NOTHING. But they will definitely take your money. Maybe it’s a scam? Maybe they are terrible at running a business? Either way I would not order from this company again and I would advise you to look elsewhere for your needs. 0/10 from me.

I ordered via the website a footrail for our ice cream parlor, while on the phone with the owner on April 22, 2022. The owner was knowledgeable and helped me through the online order process. Over a month has past. You charged my credit card the same day as I ordered. I have yet to receive my product. I understand product delay, but you told me you had it in stock. I have tried contacting via the website, email, phone and more. The Footrailstore, has never communicated as to the issue. Their voice mail box is full. I sure hope nothing is wrong, and I will change my review if you ever contact me. Are you a scam? Do I need to contact the Police or the Arizona Attorney General?

Short version. Ordered 6 ft tube and accessories but received 2 short pieces of tube. No response to multiple e/mails. And they claim to credit card company that they sent what was ordered. Been going on since May. As others have indicated these guys are either totally incompetent or crooks. Either way, best avoided.
