Came my first time and found some pretty items that I have bought, they were judgey and rude and gave weird looks. The second time I came the lady was giving me dirty looks again but this final time where she was talking on the phone while me and my brother waiting for her to ring up the shirt that I was going to get him but she was just talking while staring at us at the counter as the shirt remained in front of her so me and him walked out. There are plenty of other cuban boutiques that’ll treat you way better than this place. I’m never coming here again.

Qué lástima que Google no me permita ponerle 0 estrellas, no recomiendo este negocio para nada.
Primero sus empleados tienen un pésimo trato al público, te tratan como si te hicieran un favor y si les pides que te expliquen o te den información se molestan en otras palabras un asco de negocio además del trato tenemos el problema del servicio que también es pésimo te dicen que tu mercancía llegará de 7 a 10 días hábiles y es pura mentira se pasan de 20 días sin importarle si la familia necesita la medicina o algo en específico de lo que se envía. Cuando llamas para preguntar el estado del paquete no funciona el teléfono tienes que ir al local y tampoco te dicen nada y te maltratan, por favor no sigan alimentando este tipo de negocios que lucran con la necesidad de los demás. Espero le sirva de ayuda mi experiencia, no lo recomiendo para nada.

First, their employees have a terrible treatment of the public, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor and if you ask them to explain or give you information they get annoyed in other words a disgusting business in addition to the treatment we have the problem of service that is also terrible they tell you that your merchandise will arrive in 7 to 10 business days and it is pure lie they spend 20 days without caring if the family needs the medicine or something specific to what is sent. When you call to ask about the status of the package, the phone doesn't work, you have to go to the place and they don't tell you anything either and they mistreat you, please don't continue feeding this type of business that profits from the need of others. I hope my experience helps you, I don't recommend it at all.

Si existiera -100 estrellas se la pusiera. La dueña de este lugar es una mujer tan desagradable que no tienen idea. HICE un envío a Cuba y me trato como si fuera un trapo cuando hablo conmigo. Le recuerdo señora que ud no está en Cuba, que aquí el $$ si vale y que no hay nada peor que tener malos reviews porque nadie confía en una persona que tiene un negocio y maltrata a sus clientes. Es una gran falta de respeto y me voy a dedicar a decirle a todo el mundo que este negocio no sirve para nada, mienten y roban.

Yo no acostumbro a hacer este tipo de reseñas pero este negocio NO SIRVE !!!!! Hice un envío a Cuba, lo dejé en la agencia el día 28 de enero de este año, lo enviaron el día 8 de febrero. Este paquete lo hice por envío rápido, donde me dijeron que llegaría de 7 a 10 días (del 02/19/2024 al 02/22/2024) me dijeron que no hacían entrega los fines de semana, lo cual me pareció raro porque otras agencias sí lo hacen, pero de igual forma lo mandé con ellos. Hace 10 días que mi paquete está retrasado, he llamado 4 veces y siempre me dicen una mentira diferente, nunca coincide una con la otra, y para colmo se justifican con la frase " IMAGINATE QUE VAMOS A HACER SOMOS CUBANOS" No hay mayor coraje que me de que utilicen nuestro origen para justificar un mal trabajo y la falta de responsabilidad hacia lo mal echo.
