This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a long time. I thoroughly love my new French doors with mini blind inserts. Melissa Vandermaas made this project easy from the very start. She stayed in constant communication and kept things moving. She began with sending someone out to measure the space for correct size ordering, providing a clearly defined quote, to ordering the doors and letting me know when to expect delivery/installation. The doors fit great, function well and are very quiet. They also made sure the work area was clean before they left. The installation looks AWESOME. I can't stop looking at them!

Melissa was so kind to answer several emails about several doors before I ever came into the showroom. She remembered me and helped me decide on the best glass for me. She told me it would be ordered and might take up to 8 weeks. It was more like 2. The guys that installed were very polite, professional, and quick. (I apologize ; their names escaped me.) We love our door! We had it installed a week or so before Hurricane Milton. With all the hurricane shutters up, our door was the only view to the outside world! The extra light coming in was so nice while we were without electricity after the storm. Service and product are worth every penny!

Update - our door was available way ahead of schedule. Adam and Carlos were fast friendly and efficient. They did some added adjustments to the original install to make it properly sealed and weather tight. Thanks guys!

I was having trouble locating a company to do a glass insert on my front door. Fortunately I came across The Glass Door Store. Even better was having Melissa Vandermaas answer my inquiry. She responded to my questions quickly and we settled on a glass insert that would work for me. Three days later it was done. The installers were also very knowledgeable and pleasant. Melissa Vandermaas was such a delight to work with. My neighbor, who just purchased a glass door insert recommended I contact Melissa if I was interested. Once I contacted her, she was very informative and sent pictures of what she had in discontinued stock. My husband and I drove to the store in Lakeland and they had so many beautiful inserts to choose from. Melissa was a big help in that decision too. We were in and out within half hour.
