HORRIBLE just HORRIBLE! Junior (OWNER'S SON)asked me to try their pelleted pine. He had a tapped ripped bag for 3 dollars. I said I only use 100% pine and want 100% organic. He stated that it was. I also stated if I didn't like I would bring it back. When I unloaded it I could smell the poisonous chemicals. On the bag were written 100% recycled materials. I did not open the bag and left it in my truck for the following week when I buy over 100 dollars in hay. After going there for over a year junior's father(THE OWNER) tells me they have a 3 DAY NO RETURN. HE REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY!!! I SAID YOU WOULD GIVE UP A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR 3 DOLLARS. HE SAID YES. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

They have a coveted drive thru loading area. Prices are good. Products are fresh. Also the staff is great! They take time to help load my hay and put my hay squares into my zippered hay bags- talk about good customer service!
