The store didn’t feel cluttered it was clean and organized. The staff tried being helpful but really didn’t give us answers to the questions ask. If you are working in hardware have some experience in that area. We are not contractors we come to Home Depot for your expertise or at least knowledge of the subject matter. The staff were polite and professional so no complaints overall.

Wow…came to spend several thousand dollars on custom counter tops and was met by one lady who threw her hands in the air and was clearly irritated that we were there. Another woman who just couldn’t bring herself to make time and left. And a fellow who seemed like he wanted to help but was so bewildered I’m not sure what he was thinking.

Fast forward to speaking to a manager…”I’m sorry, I’m not sure what else I can do”.

How about educate your people to do not make a customer feel like they shouldn’t be there…

This happened at a relatively lazy 2PM on a Wednesday afternoon.

My coworker and I had a fantastic customer expierence with Roy. We went into the store to purchase items for a United Way giveaway we were doing at our office and we had no idea what we wanted to buy. Roy walked with us around the entire store for two hours helping us pick out items. He was so knowledgeable and patient and the three of us laughed the entire time. Roy is the definition of good customer service.

Brie at customer service and Chris, her manager, did the unexpected, in exchanging my 10 year old 6 hp Rigid shop vac. It has a lifetime warranty, but after getting the run-around from Emerson, the manufacturer, my Hoover Home Depot honored the guarantee. Appreciated.

We went here on 4th of July and surprisingly it was open until 8:00PM. A very friendly employee went above and beyond to help us find the product we needed and took time out of what he was already doing and helped us. He helped us find the trash can super quickly and was great. Usually I hate on Home Depot but maybe times are changing. Jk I still don’t like it but the guy was super cool.
