I've been a loyal customer for years. Hoseman used to be on top of their game. It took over an hour from the time I was helped to do the same service that usually takes them 15 to 20 minutes. I wasn't the only one complaining today either. Please get your act together. I will give you one more chance.

Extremely overpriced and horrible service. I waited 45 minutes for them to make for small air hoses with push lock ends on it. Watched for service employees watch Rick and Morty instead of helping the other guy out. Absolutely ridiculous

As someone who has been in retail for over 15 years, I did not expect such great customer service. I have purchased from several other Companies and from now on The only company I will purchase my materials from will be Hose man in this location. Not only was I treated with the best customer service but the prices were also unbeatable and I have been in the Business since 1996 so I have been to all the other guys. As General Manager Of Matrixx In Victorville CA I would like to thank Carlos And the Staff at Hoseman for the Elite Customer service provided on behalf of the owner and everyone at Matrixx. Terrible services, today i went in to get some fitting for my hose, services man with #200 gave me the all the fitting and he said would work on my hose, i paid for all the fitting and some hoses. when i get back to my shop try the fitting to see if would fit my hose, the fitting is not even fit on my hose, i trust him because he is the hoseman, after that i went straight to hoseman in Montebello, the service guy just fix my complete hose in 30 mins, i went to to my shop and install in my machine works perfectly, i was so upset i have to drive to hoseman in irwindale to get my refund back, but the services guy #200 said that i can't return the hose. now i am stuck with the hose i dont know what to do with it, So overall, i would not recommeded this hose man Irwindale location to anybody, unless u dont mind to deal with the headache that they gonna provide to u, this is not the first time that i been to this location, i am very disappointed with this location.

What's with these other reviews?!!! When they're busy sure it takes awhile, but they have always been friendly, helpful and knowlegible. I've been going to them for many years.
