Coffee has gone waaay down hill. Nonsurgical if they switched roasts or what, but it always has a burnt taste to it and is off. I rarely go there because it's so gross now.

Fantastic coffee but more importantly, their breakfast sandwiches are stellar. I recommend the spicy breakfast sandwich, jalapeno cheddar biscuit, creamy pepper jack, and I think I spicy sausage patty. 10/10. The Barista's are always in a chopper mood, not one bad experience here.

My partner and I usually love coming to this location specifically for the large Iced Matcha but lately I’ve been paying for ice! 15 bucks, a tip and 3 sips later I have no drink!!! sucks because out of all locations this one get the flavor of match just right but I will not be returning because I don’t want to pay 7+ dollar for a large cup of ice 🙁 even when I ask for light ice

I think Human Bean has the best coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are good. The only reason they get a 4 on food is that it is pretty standard grab and go fare.

Bought two gift cards. They were not activated. Gave them as Christmas gifts. Now I have to apologize for their unprofessional incompetence. I will never go back.

There are certain things that I cannot have in my system or become very ill. There was a mistake made on my coffee, and I called after the fact.
They could not have handled it better. I was treated with nothing but respect and apologies. I was not angry at them because I absolutely love the people that work there, but they definitely went above and beyond making things right I even got a few free drinks out of it. Lol.
Thank you, ladies for treating me so well after the mistake was made. I think you’re great.
