I lost my keys the day after I received them (only me)! I asked the guy at the storage facility that I am leaving to help me look through some baskets, and he outright refused. I called Rocco at The Lockup, and his response was, "Of course I will help you!" And he did what he's could until two customers came. Rocco is very polite, professional, helpful, courteous, competent, adept, patient, and cordial to all customers. He is extremely proficient in accomplishing his responsibilities as it relates to customer service. Rocco is great! Thanx! (BTW, we didn't find my keys.)

Exceeds Expectations! Have rented multiple rental units with multiple companies over the years and without hesitation the experience at LockUp Nokomis has been without comparison. I found The Lock Up Self Storage in Nokomis Fl to be an excellent place to use during my transition between places. I loved it's location and excellent friendly accommodating customer service. The place itself is extremely clean, bright and has an open airy feel to it. They have pleasant music playing in the corridors, big clean bathrooms, large elevator and plenty of carts and spacious loading dock. Was very pleased with using them and certainly will again if ever need be. I certainly will refer them!
