After spending a couple hundred dollars on lumber , my husband called back a few days later to get a smaller order in before he placed a bigger one that he was going to need at the end of the week. At first whomever he spoke with said they could do it , then before the end of the phone call , she said “not trying to be nasty but we’re just not going to deliver this one small load when we’re busy” That’s a horrible way to treat someone trying to support a small business. I specifically told him to go there instead of Lowe’s because of everything going on , but obviously they don’t need or want the support. I will NOT support them any longer and I will go out of my way to steer people AWAY from using this lumber yard.
