An average shopping centre. It was a place where I left without wasting much time just eating. Accordingly, the customer base. I don't like it any more.

We took the kids here I'm from New Jersey and this mall had a video game room it wasn't very big but it was two-sided and the kids seem to have a lot of fun. My nephew even beat my brother on one of the motorcycles he was so excited a 5-year-old winning against an adult. 😂

There are some malls that are busy and full of shops and full of people. This is one of them. Lots of people carrying bags on this Tuesday afternoon when we stopped in for a very specific errand.

It is a huge mall and if you are looking for a certain store, I recommend checking the map of the mall online so you can park at the right spot. If you're just shopping, it's a good idea to remember where you parked. This is a huge mall!

Clean, bright, security was present, inside and on patrol outside. We felt secure.

Review 1 – Food Court Sanitation Issue

I witnessed a serious health hazard in one of the food court kitchens at The Mall at Wellington Green. I saw three dead rats being thrown into the trash—right in the same area where food is prepared. My wife tested positive for Hepatitis B shortly after eating there. This is unacceptable and extremely dangerous. I urge the mall management and health authorities to investigate immediately.

Review 2 – Lack of Accessibility and Basic Infrastructure

For over five years, I’ve seen elderly people, employees, tourists, and even homeless individuals struggling to move around the mall premises—especially during storms, heavy rain, or strong winds. There’s no sidewalk in certain areas and no transportation support like golf carts to assist people in reaching the bus stops or crossing the parking areas. It’s deeply disappointing that such a large shopping center ignores basic human needs and accessibility.

I like going to this mall and it has a lot of intentional positive features to it including: movie theatre, toddler/children's play area, decent size food court, center elevator and lots of side elevators near department stores, and community events like Halloween trick-or-treating and beautiful Christmas decorations with a Santa Clause. They even have little candy machines for 50 cents to take your kiddo by before leaving (food court and children's play area). The choice in stores is okay, but an area that could be improved on; some are great and some are not. Parking is convenient and there are lots of entry options that don't tend to be too crowded which is a great feature for families and also people with disabilities.

Great Mall. Nice selection of stores to choose from. The food court is beautiful. I'm sure they will be getting some new food selections soon since two of the food court restaurants closed. The arcade is great on the second floor. They have some unique stores as well such as Box Lunch. The mall is kept clean and has security patrolling constantly. It's nice to have the theatre there as well. During Christmas time, they have a beautiful snow globe like display. Overall, a nice mall that has a lot of potential if they can replace Nordstrom and bring in some new restaurants, especially one to replace Fords Garages location by foodcourt. Note that a new restaurant is coming soon to replace the Ruby Tuesdays location so stay tuned.
