Very big store LOTS of stuff to choose from, some on the pricey side some on the cheap side, all amazing things! I got a beautiful king size bed frame with mattress and box spring for $700 plus tax and it is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on

Very rude, nosy, unapproachable manager. We had a quite distasteful experience with a lady named Shelly. Looking for gifts, me and some family went to the marketplace ll. A conversation which will be relevant later in the story took place with me and my sister. My grandmother was planning a trip to star city and was indecisive about it. I went to go and talk her into it. I walked to the Birkenstock stand and my sister asked me did it work. I said yes, it did. Me convincing my grandmother worked. Apparently I glanced at Shelly (the manager) in a suspicious way!! Later she rudely approached us and accused me of stealing, AND told me to take off my shoes!!! My mother quickly shut her down. Her defense was “They where suspicious looking and had a suspicious conversation”. She also said they had a pair stolen earlier that week!! The way she approached us way very rude. She later decided that my Birkenstock’s did look worn!!! The problem here is she was rude when she approached us, did not apologize, had no sense of what she was doing, did not try to make it up, had awful reasoning, and too top it off she had an attitude the rest of the day. But it’s okay because we spent like $350 in their and she changed her mind. This needs to be taken into consideration, the staff members there are usually the sweetest but she needs an attitude check immediately...PERIOD.

came here with 3 other people and no matter where we went this lady followed us.
we came in all of us obviously looking for something n asking where things were to buy towards the start of our shopping so it wasn’t even sus that we were there.
two of us were white n the others black; we decided to test if it was because my two black friends were present with us because they had never followed me before.
we split up by race and yep they followed my two black friends. we were all nicely dressed college age kids willing to spend our money n my friends were obviously followed based on their skin color. {we tested the race following 2-3 times before deciding to leave because it was hurting their feelings so much} my black friend ended up calling her parents upset and almost crying n decided to go nicely ask why they were being followed. she was respectful n the lady was unkind and snapped at her n the actual manager treated her even worse.
not only is this place over-priced,going downhill, but they were also racist to people i love. never go here if you’re a person of color or you don’t wanna be followed.

I totally love the this place, but I don't like being followed through the store like I'm about to steal something. I have the funds to pay for everything that I'm looking at to buy and I felt a certain type of way about the ladies looking at funny and following me. News flash everyone thats Black dont STEAL!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED... LOVE MY STUFF THO!!!🤔😏

I put 2 items in layaway; therefore, I had to pay half with tax included(78.67). I went to get my layaway out and I had to pay tax again. I don't think that was right but I had to pay the 2nd tax so I wouldn't loose my money from the first down payment. Please I mean Please be careful what you buy! They don't tell you once you buy an item from that booth you only have 1 day to return and get your money back. After 1 day has past you have 14 days to exchange no refund and it have to be from that booth if it's Findler you can't exchange it with something from another booth. They claim when purchase the next day it goes into the owner of the booth account! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THE MARKET PLACE! Right between the Mexican restaurant and the corner store. I never known to pay 2 TAX on something after they included tax
