The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy and it’s employees are truly a breath of fresh air. My family and I have used a big chain pharmacy for more than 25 years. When we moved to Lehigh Acres we continued to use them. For all 7 years that we have lived here we have been angry, frustrated and outraged with this pharmacy. We finally got tired of dealing with rude and insulting pharmacists who have been known to make unwanted comments regarding the medication my husband and I are using. Taking up to two hours, at the least, waiting to pick up medication.
Then we finally made the switch. It was so easy and painless. My husband and I walk in, pick up our prescriptions and are back in the car in less than 5 minutes. Everyone is always pleasant. If by some chance, something is wrong, the pharmacist takes it upon himself to fix it before you get there.
It’s so much easier. No more waiting for over an hour, no more frustration from dealing with people who should not be behind the counter. Especially when it is clear they don’t want to be there (this includes the pharmacists).And to think, all I had to do was go across the street.

I couldn't get my prescription filled by several pharmacies in the area including my normal Pharmacy and Medicine Shoppe had it on hand. I'm used to waiting over a half an hour at Walgreens in the Drive-Thru and there was no no waiting at the drive-thru at The Medicine Shoppe. Gordon was amazing! Great communication back and forth with multiple phone calls to Walgreens to try and get the prescription transferred to The Medicine Shoppe to be filled. He tried several times with lengthy wait times and Walgreens pharmacist never picked up the phone. I understand Walgreens is very busy but it's pretty bad when they don't pick up from another pharmacist let alone one of their customers. I will definitely be going back here again!

I have used this pharmacy for 15+ plus years and you couldn't convince me to go anywhere else. They're timely, professional, personable and affordable. The other places are a nightmare and this pharmacy is like a sigh of relief. Love them.
