First time to this location. I am impressed. I was taken care of as I was told when I made first phone contact. They even buy you lunch. This location definitely has my vote of approval.

I bought the truck in this dealership, sales representative Michael Clark, he is from Virginia, said that truck price is around 179000$ “out the door” (meaning all fees included). I agreed on that, and signed for financing.
And this is what I got:
Peterbilt 579 already with 1500 miles on a dash and 40 engine hours.
Fleet speck’d truck- 450 HP, cabinets with no doors, just curtain, no tray table, even the annual inspection on the truck expires in 3 weeks.
This dealership didn’t even renew the inspection before selling this truck.
I was about to pick up the truck, but there was no title work done, they said it will be in a few days.
The next day I got a call, that in order to get the title done, I have to pay 6% sales taxes, about 9500$. I get that I have to pay taxes, but I was told that the price was including all the fees. With the sales taxes this truck costs almost 190000$.
So, now I don’t have a truck yet, it’s still in a dealership, I can’t put it on the road, dealership has 100 excuses, that this is customer fault, even though nobody even asked me about adding sales taxes to my finance deal, which I would never signed for that price, that’s how they get the customers.
Stay away from this dealer, this is my first experience with them and last. I bought my other trucks in Rush Truck Centers and it was great. So, save your time and money, don’t even think to deal with these people.

Literally the worst place ever bought a Peterbilt truck from them and broke down in a week !! They say the inspection is good but you will fail it they main goal is to sell you the truck they don’t care or check after the truck is any good? They sold me a truck with over 16 different problems. Took it back to get fixed. Took three weeks to fix the truck and I still have to make the Truck Payment this place is literally the worst. I advise anybody to not come here and buy a truck. This place is horrible. Not looking to help once they get your money.

A few weeks ago I got towed in needing a coolant heating pipe. From start to finish Katie and the techs there did everything they could to accommodate my needs. I thought I was going to be down for weeks or maybe longer. That's the norm these days with other dealerships. Katie provided updates when I wasn't even looking for one. They got me out in under 24 hours, it would have been faster but they had to order the parts over night.

Excellent customer service here. I left my truck and trailer for a few days. Frank took care of my service order and kept me informed of progress. He was awesome. Oil Change, belts, greased truck and trailer, Inspection, all no problem. I then discovered a Derate 40% Check Engine issue just before leaving the yard and they brought truck back in the shop and got it done too. Scott took my second order and and service. He was awesome too. Job well done and I was happy and on my way to a load. Thank you all very much.
