After losing Machados in Bowman, north Auburn, we are happy to have delicious pie again from our new Ace hardware store. The apricot pie is pure summer sunshine and smiles! Highly recommended. Will be trying more flavors. Very special occasion indulgence. Thanks for being so awesome!

Purchased a blue berry pie since the freezer was out of apple at Ace Hardware. The pie wasn't bad but my wife liked since it wasn't real sweet. My nephew, a professional chef, thought that the pie wasn't bad. My favorite blue berry and apple pie comes from Ikedas in Auburn and Davis. Even though their pies cost more, my taste buds tells me it's worth it!

Have bought several pies and cobbler. The pies are basically mostly crust that is simply awful. It's so thick and hard it's impossible to even cut it. The filling while tasting ok is simply lacking quantity. Will not buy another one.

Bought frozen blackberry, there were no berry remnants and just a tart taste as if sugar and berries were left out and only pectin was the pie base. Had to throw pie away. Judging by other reviews it seems they should be selling a significant number from the bottom of the batch for $5, not $20. A waste of $20 and the electricity to cook. Will never buy another pie from The Pie Company of Ripon, CA.(4 well experienced blackberry pie eaters all agreed it was not edible.)

We bought their pie at ACE Hardware for $18.99! We assumed at that price the pie would be outrageously, phenomenally delicious but I cut a small piece and it made upset my stomach so bad there's no way I am going to eat any more of it! We took it back to ACE Hardware but they refused to refund our money. My husband was so angry that he threw it in the trash at the store!

THE BEST PIES IVE EVER TASTED!!
Purchased 2 pies, one Dutch apple and the other peach. They were super easy to bake. Just pop them in the oven and the results are life changing good. If this company ever changes the recipes it would be a horrible mistake. These are better than your grandmas!...Yeah, I said it.
