When i went into this store the lady was looking and fixing everything i had touched & followed me around. I felt so uncomfortable as to i didnt want to buy anything, i just left.

Tried to enjoy a lunch next door. Their music was so loud that it was disruptive. As a fellow small business owner they should be mindful of other business’. The bass does not need to overpower the music playing next door.

Very nice atmosphere. The cells girl Amanda was really nice and a great help. Close are nice but very pricey. I live a long ways from their. Got home to find that a lotion I purchased wasn't in the bag. I have called at least 10 times and nobody will pick up the phone. And they are open. Why they won't pick up the phone I have no idea. Would have given 5 stars if I could have got all my merchandise I paid for or at least somebody pick up the phone.

Okay so very friendly staff. Loved the concept and atmosphere definitely. But the cost is a bit much, and like I won a raffle from them with a purchase, thats cool and all but my "prize" was the perfume and body cream... USED! They were the testers! So all customers had themselves all dipped in this and that like ew! What business would do that to a customer That's unsanitary and completely disgusting! Waste of my trip going to claim it. Sorry but if you can be that cheap don't do the drawing at all. Lost my business unfortunately. Worth a couple stars for the atmosphere and nice employees but come on, how gross!

Very fun store, unique clothing and a GREAT staff, all very accommodating. A must stop if you are in downtown Ocala. A side note...I left a shopping bag there. They were so kind when I called them that they offered to mail my package to me here in The Villages. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will definitely go back. Debbra K.
