Had to get some photos printed for one of my children’s last minute school projects. They were a great help and walked us through the whole process. We’ve use the pony express many times before and highly recommend them for any and all shipping or printing needs, you have in sisters, Oregon.

We love the pony express. We’ve been getting mail delivered to our mailbox here for four years and now get all sorts of packages in the mail and it’s a great place and alternative to the post office to ship packages out. It’s a little bit more expensive than the post office but believe me during the holidays don’t even think about going to the post office. What a nightmare. So we love the pony express also we don’t have a printer at home so they have an easy way to print off your phone print PDF documents and laminating they sell great pens and supplies and allThat stuff that you need.

Uh...seems a little odd reviewing a Fed Ex shipping location - but gotta say, this place was awesome. We had collected to much memorabilia to take on the airplane, so I took the shopping bags here so I could buy a box and some bubble wrap and pack things. Turned out I don't have to do ANYTHING (well...except pay....) because the staff took all the stuff, wrapped it really well, packed in a box, then put that box in ANOTHER box with more packaging. It cost much less than I expected, and everything arrived perfectly intact. Highly recommend - the results were way better than expected and the cost way lower.

I like the folks who work here. I really do. But they need to provide a receipt for package drop-off even when they don’t open the cash drawer. This is a chain of custody matter to prove a package was handed off to a third party prior to transfer to the carrier. If the package never tracks or arrives, a receipt proving the package was tendered by the authorized shipping outlet is the customer’s first and best remedy. I would happily pay for this form of “insurance,” recognizing the value of Pony Express as the only drop-off point in town for FedEx and UPS shipments.

Absolutely impeccable service. Within 30 seconds of walking in the door, the gentlemen up front was measuring my item and fitting it in a box. The entire transaction took less than five minutes, the cost was about the same as the post office, and I didn't have to fool around with packing loose ski boots myself.

Staff is always friendly and courteous. I have opted to use The Pony Express for all my printing needs as I have chosen to not setup a printer at home. Their supplies are well stocked and have a nice assortment of refreshments as well.

The past couple of times that I've visited Sisters, I've had to ship oddly large objects home to Florida. My first experience shipping with Pony Express was excellent! They helped me create boxes for my large objects and packaged them, even after recommending that I take some of them as checked baggage on my flight - saving me money and costing them business and packaging materials - at no cost to me. I did end up having to ship some overly large objects with them and the owners were helpful and courteous and my parcels arrived undamaged (excellent packaging) and on time. I will use them again.
