I have been doing business with The Print Shop of Chiefland for years (even at the old location). Today I got a great insight to the individuals that work at this establishment. While waiting to check out, a call came in and a gentleman answered. A minute or so later I realized the gentleman was starting to pray with the individual on the phone. The whole front office space became silent until he was through praying. There were quite a few Amens said. In the middle of a busy afternoon at work, this man took time out to do God's work. I am impressed! My God bless them in their bussines!

I have used The Print Shop before and was not that impressed. But, due to them already having my past orders, I thought that it would be easier to just give them another shot.
I spoke with Michael the first time.
So, I called in this time and left a message. This was yesterday and the young girl at the desk stated she would have someone call me. Yesterday went by, nothing. Today went by and finally I called up there after no one had called half way through the day. So, once again I get Michael. He explains that he got my message and gives me some kind of excuse as to why he didn't bother to call me back. Then, he tells me that by the end of the day I'll have a proof to look at and I'll have my signs by Wednesday at the latest. I never received an email from him nor a phone call. I sent an email late telling him how disappointed I was AGAIN. Surprisingly, at almost 7:00pm he sends a price list which we didn't need because we'd already discussed the order and what I wanted.
I'm sure this email was just to say he responded.

I'm disappointed that The Print Shop would allow this type of employee to continue to work there, promising customers one thing and not delivering over and over. I really needed these signs and now I have to go find someone else because a lazy employee didn't do their job.

I went up there as a returning customers in person told them what i wanted they clearly told me they would have my sample in a couple of days then called them one week later same thing then called them two weeks later still nothing now its been one month called still nothing I am a business owner need my advertisement for the year this ...this is the second time mike had let me down if I could give one star I would don't waste your time
