We were very disappointed in the experience. For the ridiculous amount of money it costs we did not get what we believed to be the Ritz Carlton experience . We arrived at the hotel, before the usual check in time however, we were told by the booking agent that we should be able to check in by 11 AM. Otherwise we would have gone directly downtown (which by the way is a 33 minute drive from the hotel) from the airport. Our room was not ready. Although it is advertised that you are welcome to use the facilities all day, they make it very difficult to do so. They have no designated place to change your clothes in order to use the pool or the beach. Although they suggested we use the restroom, it was ā€œout of orderā€œ. We ended up, dragging our luggage into a very tinyā€œ familyā€œ restroom. We locked the door, but while we were changing into our bathing suits, the door open widely and another family was able to see us stark naked with our luggage spread eagle. Thank goodness it was only our luggage. We finally made it to the beach where the staff was less than friendly. When we asked for a chair close to the water, they huffed and said there were none available. I politely pointed to two chairs available close to the water at which time they acquiesced, but not without making us feel like we were asking for caviar. Yelena at the beach was great. But for her, I would give this hotel zero stars. Thanks to her, we were able to get cocktails and food on the beach. The cocktails were good. The hot food was cold. Not her fault, and we ate it anyway because we were starving. Probably, if it was hot, it would’ve been good. There is a convention happening at the Hotel which closes access to the lobby and areas of the pool. I feel that we should have been advised in advance that this was happening. Bottom line is that the hotel is ridiculously expensive for what you get. . Right next-door there is a beachfront hotel which is an eighth of the price and since there are no real services at this hotel, you might as well stay there. We are told that a four seasons is being built down the road. I will try that hotel when I come back because this hotel is nothing more than a scam and a rip off. I’m embarrassed to say how much I agreed to pay for this room because it only makes me look like a fool. I was trying to give my adult daughter something special for her birthday. Instead, I wasted my money. I could have bought her a Chanel pocketbook for the cost of this room.

Fabulous from the minute you walk in and are greeted with a glass of champagne. Everything has been updated in the past 2 years. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely balconies to sit and drink coffee or a glass of wine. The family pool and the adult pool were nice. The food was excellent everywhere we went. The spa is beautiful and my massage was great. Then the showers were huge and filled with luxurious toiletries. There are jacuzzis and cold plunge pools, a sun deck with deck chairs and a salt water splash pool. There is also relaxation rooms and a nice gym. If you purchase a service, you have all day access to everything.

The beach is spectacular, make sure to watch a sunset, it’s breathtaking.

The staff was professional while also being bubbly and personable. They all make you feel like you’re their only priority.

We can’t wait to return.

Selah was a bright star of our stay. Throughout years of travelling and hotel services, I was surprised to be standing at the checkin and thinking, omg, no one has ever been so awesome to me during the checking ever before.
It was not something major, yet these were the details she went into to ensure we love our room. She discussed a few options we had and we went with what we preferred. I was simply surprised with us actually having options besides ā€œupgradeā€. So many times I’d go up to the room and be disappointed with the view or location of the room, and that’s a killer for a vacation got sure. With that said Selah set us up for success from the early beginning of our experience here and I greatly appreciate her for her hospitality, care and professionalism!
Everything else was phenomenal too, the beach, the pool, restaurants, service, and the property itself is so beautiful and so well taken care of. I will definitely come back many more times

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that truly set the tone for our stay.

The staff at The Ritz-Carlton went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. What stood out the most was how wonderfully they treated our puppy. The staff showed genuine affection and provided excellent care, making our furry friend feel right at home. They even provided special amenities for our puppy, which was a delightful surprise.

The Ritz-Carlton's commitment to excellence was evident throughout our stay. The staff's dedication to providing outstanding service made us feel valued and pampered. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with wonderful memories of our time there!

I am a person who always wants to fly under the radar and tries to ask for as little as possible, service-wise….but, my goodness, the acts of truly extraordinary service seemed to find me at every turn during our stay. Three prime examples:||1) We had to leave the hotel at 5:45 am one day to make an appointment and I stopped at the valet stand the night before to make sure someone would be available to get us our car so early in the morning. The valet asked for our name and room number and said he’d make note of it….which I didn’t take to mean much. The next morning we walked out of the lobby at 5:45 am to find our car waiting for us out front and a valet standing there with our keys and greeting us by name.||2) The restaurant Nolita had what I thought were the prettiest drinking glasses I had ever seen. On our last night here, I asked Claire, the assistant manager of the restaurant, whether she could possibly find out the name of the manufacturer. She assured me she would but then we left shortly after and I forgot to seek her out again….a few hours later there was a knock at our door to deliver a beautifully handwritten card from Claire letting me know the answer. (And I’ve already ordered the glasses for my home!)||3) The little coffee/ice cream shop in the lobby didn’t have posted hours and I think there was some confusion because it was open quite late on Presidents Day but then, the next evening, I took my kids just past 7 pm and it was closed. Another family and I were discussing that this seemed quite crazy for an ice cream shop not to be open all evening during one of the busiest holiday weeks of the year. A gentleman from the other family went to ask at the front desk and suddenly a lovely manager named Savannah appeared to open up the shop to serve our two families….and as she had already closed up the register for the evening, it was free! This was incredibly thoughtful and generous of her. (Side note: this shop really should be open every night until 9 pm!)||All in all, the hotel was spectacular. Our room was 10/10, no notes, clean and elegant. We really enjoyed the water park at the Tiburón resort but were very glad we didn’t stay there as the Beach resort appears to be overall much newer and nicer. We were a little surprised that the water park closed as early as it did (5 pm, even on a holiday week) — and the towels and water cups were put away by about 5:01 pm, making it clear that people were not to linger.

In the words of Tina Turner, the Naples Ritz Carlton is simply the best. I always say it’s the little things that matter most and this hotel exhibited the little things that matter most at its finest. The hospitality is unmatched, from how I was greeted by each staff member, to the impeccable service at the coffee shop, front desk, bellmen, the adult pool and the various restaurants. The ocean front room added the magic touch…I would highly recommend it and I throughly enjoyed having morning coffee and evening tea on the balcony while listening to the ocean waves. Cleanliness throughout the hotel including the hotel and pool bathrooms was superb. Thank you to the entire staff at the Naples Ritz Carlton for making my trip so amazing and relaxing…and one that I will never forget! I can’t wait to return! I’ve seen quite a few sunsets in my day but nothing compares to the sunsets here!

This hotel was recently renovated (within the last 2 years). The public spaces and restaurants are great. We enjoyed the outdoor cafe by the beach the best, although the small plates in the lobby bar were tasty (if expensive). I visited the spa during a massage appointment; it is a bit on the small size and segregated by men & women. The gym was well-equipped with newish machines. We stayed in one of the two-story suites. It was very roomy and a nice feature was each floor had a full bathroom.

This property did a remodel a couple of years ago and it's really beautiful. The public spaces are great. The lobby bar is fun and has great small bites and drinks. The staff are well trained and professional. The rooms are comfortable and importantly - quiet! ||I have a MAJOR problem with the guest room bathroom renovations. The room looks updated and pretty, but the bathtub is a nightmare and an accident waiting to happen.|Problems with the bathtub (this is for a regular room with a tub/shower combo):||* the glass door restricts the amount of width you have to enter the tub|* the side of the tub is very high compared to a normal bathtub. That makes it very difficult to get into the tub if you're not at least 5"11. It also makes it impossible to bathe young children unless you get in the tub with them and again the narrow opening also restricts how you can bathe children|* the width of the marble over the side of the tub is very wide, again creating a hazard for people with mobility issues, short legs or parents trying to bathe children|*the difficulty of accessing this tub has got to be miserable for the cleaners - they have to climb in every tub to get and replace towels.|*I understand the use of squirt bottles for shampoo, etc, but the squirters should work better than they do (and again the poor cleaners have to climb in the tub to refill those things).||Very poor design for a functional item that will be used every single day by guests. We go to an annual meeting here and will try to remember to ask for a room with a walk in shower next time. ||Also - what are those round stands on the vanities supposed to be used for?
