Rusty Willow is, and always will be, my first call when I need flowers. This past holiday we found ourselves quickly planning a funeral memorial service to occur the day after Thanksgiving. With only several hours notice before the shop closed down for the long holiday weekend, the owner agreed, as a kind and compassionate service to the bereaved family, to do multiple floral arrangements for all our funeral needs. They worked right up to the last moment, coordinating delivery for us with the funeral director. The arrangements were extraordinary, as all arrangements they make are. I would recommend Rusty Willow to anyone. They care about their work, and they care about their customers.

My family and I are visiting from out of state and stopped in hoping to get a cute gift to bring home but I wouldn’t have stepped foot in the door if I knew how this establishment was ran. If you are a person of color, I would NOT recommend that you visit this store. When I walked in, I was not greeted by (who I’m assuming is) the manager behind the counter. Although I felt this was odd, I carried on looking through the store. When I got to the counter I had a question and decided to say hi before asking my question, but the woman behind the counter did not acknowledge my presence AT ALL. I was standing right in front of her and she did not even look up. My family and I are aware that people who look like us typically do not reside in this town but to treated so unprofessionally by an establishment is bordering inhumanity. Once again, if you are a person of color, please don’t waste your time- they’re not looking for business from us

Extreamly disappointed by the lack of quality and unprofessional response to unsatisfied customer. Be very cautious if you risk doing business with this so called florist. They project images on the website that do not represent what you will receive. If you are unsatisfied, the owner tells you "thats not our photo" and doesn't even know what you purchased and from what photo. 100% total joke. Just because you put a few flower in a vase, doesn't make you a florist. The owner obviously does not know what she is doing and has zero customer service skills. She needs to be working at McDonalds arranging fries in a cardboard cup and being rude to drive thru customers. I would give The Rusty Willow a -5 if it was a choice. Avas Flowers is your only other option.

Best florist in town. Their designer's work is fabulous as is their customer service. I will ALWAYS use Rusty Willow for my floral needs. They also have wonderful gift options in the shop so if flowers and or/plants are not your need, you will find many other gift options available.also, their Christmas event is out of this world. Do not miss it!!
