The Aprile's created a masterpiece with this place. It's very well built. Also.very convenient how they designed entrances and exits. I love the plethora of restaurant food options.

Excellent shopping center and gas station and mini mart. Many different style restaurants to choose from. Went to Tuna Poke and it was awesome.

The FISH BOWL is an amazing place to eat with excellent variety of fresh and prepared foods in Pokémon Bowl style as well as unique healthy frozen dessert choices... Service is terrific and owners are extremely helpful and informative as to understanding the Menu! Love it!

There's not a lot to them, as they are lined up in front of the Ballantrae subdivision, so just a few hundred yards of linear space to use.

There's a couple fast food and coffee restaurants with drive-thrus, a modern Circle K for your convenient store and fuel needs, and my personal favorite, a Dairy Queen. *Always use the app for points!

All of these businesses are easily accessed by use of a "frontage road" (I think that's what it's called) that runs behind all of the buildings. Only the Circle K is accessible right from SR54, using a slightly curved entrance which also prevents vehicles from entering back onto SR54.

The fish bowl is my favorite poke place this far. Brown rice base, spicy tuna, shrimp, seaweed, carrots, green onions, ginger, fish eggs, avacado, crispy onion, ginger miso sauce 🙂

There's a good variety of restaurants and other businesses that can be convenient to have close to home like the orthodontist offices you'll find here. I believe they're going to be building more stores in this area as well so be sure to keep an eye out for that.

Went to Hawaiian BBQ. I lived in Hawaii and I missed the local food. This place is the next best thing. They are always friendly and the food is excellent.
