They used to be really kind and local good people but they’ve gotten pretty stingy. A lot of bottles are $7 to $15 more expensive than market. The cider is actually cheaper at the grocery store. They wouldn’t help with a bottle that caused an allergic reaction. They really lost their heart and ethics and artificially inflated prices. I won’t recommend them to anyone anymore.

A great store that any store in the Tulsa Metro could take lessons from. They had more brands of each type of whiskey, than anyone in Tulsa has in their entire whiskey section. I was given great customer service, attention, information, & education on all things bourbon. All this with a bottom shelf $17 corn whiskey in my hands. Next time I'm in Norman, I will stop again.

I’ve shopped here a couple of times now and every time their customer service both in person and over the phone is exceptional. I wish I had names to specify, but every person I’ve interacted with has been nothing shy of wonderful. Thank you guys for being awesome! And thank you for the dog treats! Nice liquor store near downtown Norman. Parking is a little weird because of the strange parking area layout; it's easier to enter the parking area from the large store behind it instead of from the street.
The store is a lot larger than it looks from the street. They have a large variety of wines and spirits.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

Do not order delivery, will have you waiting hours after an ETA with no communication. Oh yea and you can't track your delivery. Call multiple through Doordarshan and no answer, just very unprofessional.
