This owner is scary. Look on Yelp and read the reviews and also those not recommended. It paints a picture of someone who is never wrong and attacks customers who have any issue with his business. The bowl we bought (plus another $100 in merchandise) was scrapped on the bottom when we went in to simply exchange it. He was rude, hateful and accused us for doing the damage to the bowl. My husband writes a review below and he calls me names, tells me I need help because when we left I said I would never come back and would write a review. Everything else this man says is a fabricated lie, the bowl was never used. No doubt these owners are the ones in need of psychiatric help. To write such lies and fabrications shows some unscrupulous, sharks trying to make a fast buck and mistreat everyone they can along the way

This is my favorite store. The owners are super helpful in finding the perfect gift for me no matter what I have to spend. They carry an excellent variety of gifts from the rare and unusual to the more common place. I try and do my Christmas shopping here and everything is always received with great enthusiasm.

My mother purchased a gift for me from here, and had it shipped. The gift was packed with care and beautifully wrapped! The gift itself, a beautiful decanter, is high quality and something I’ll cherish. I definitely plan to visit The Upper Crust if I am near.

Always fun to pop in, find some special thing, be inspired. They have all price ranges with quality in all. And my kids tease me about doilies, but their French Cheese Leaves 🍁 are beautiful and unique.. and even my kids’ friends appreciate. Lol -I don’t think they’re just mocking me. Stuffs great. .

We had a gift coupon for $100 that they would not honor. So, they probably lost a couple of hundred dollar sale along with good will. Thus demonstrating that as well as being dishonest, they are not too bright. Their attitude over the whole thing could use some improvement.

How would you know what we were looking for if never asked. We actually were serious buyers for two expensive gifts but walked out because of your stores attitude. Maybe lesson learned!

OMG this jam and cheese with their Neva Betta crackers..drove from Temecula to El Paseo in Palm Desert to get 'em.
