Coffee is good. Decent selection of hot and cold drinks as well as sandwiches, breakfast items and pastries. Nice seating and atmosphere. Service speed is reasonable and the staff are friendly. It can be busy with long queues at certain times of the week.

The most direct entrance to this building (called “Burlington Village,” numbered 85 Middlesex Turnpike) is actually via the first right entrance on Burlington Mall Road, once you turn off Middlesex Turnpike. As of late 2023, Google Maps takes you on a weaving route in and out of mall roads to get you here.

The coffee shop on site has out door seating. I didnt get to order there because they closed at 5pm Sunday, 20 minutes before we arrived.
Very clean and new building. Looks to be an extension of the Burlington mall only a couple hundred feet from this little "village."

Interesting concept, once it's fully occupied with stores. However what was the point of putting a cafe nero there as its focal point, when there is already one inside the main mall across from where the old au bon pain used to be? One location or the other would be quite sufficient. Poor planning!
