I absolutely love The Willow Tree. I haven't been to the store, but I order online and watch almost every live. The shipping is extremely fast and customer service is top notch. I had packages stolen off my porch several being from The Willow Tree and they were so helpful. All the Live Girls and Customer Service are the best.

Please get your warehouse straight. Your shipping times are ridiculous. I have placed two orders recently. The first order took eight days to ship, and was only shipped after I emailed twice and called the warehouse. Not shockingly, one of the items in my order was sold out by the time the order shipped. I had to again email CS for my refund. The other order has yet to ship after four days.

Stopped by on Saturday because I haven’t been in a while. I just got off work and still had my uniform on, no makeup on, hair pulled back and NO ONE took the time to even say hi. I did get looks and side eyed across the store. I just wanted something to wear on my birthday.

The first time I started shopping there (years ago)I had to go in and speak and ask for help and eventually the ladies warmed up to me and became friendly. I haven’t been in a while and I just don’t have the time or energy to make them acknowledge me.

I absolutely love The Willow Tree! They have the kindest and most outgoing staff, and they always make everyone feel so welcomed each shopping visit. They have an amazing selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories, and they are always getting in new items. If your size is not available, they always will call the other Willow Tree locations and try and locate your size. They always provide such wonderful customer service, which is one reason I keep going back in to shop. Thank you Willow Tree ladies! -Cam
