Everything was as advertised. All the unit units and hallways, and everything was newly renovated and clean and in great shape and everything works. Most of the staff were nice and friendly and responsive when you asked for towels and other things. All the appliances worked and the views were great, and the proximity to the beach strip was excellent. It was really nice to have the open air courtyard and Market attached to the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were spacious and nice. The only drawback I would be able to find would be that the kitchen wasn’t stocked very well for a family of five. There were only six plates and six forks and was missing a few essentials like pans, multiple splashes, etc. It just meant you had to do a lot of dishwashing And we had to buy a few things from the grocery store to cook on. Not a negative, just a comment.

Fort Lauderdale Beach Place is a fantastic spot to visit! The location is perfect, right across from the beautiful beach, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand and water. There’s always a lively atmosphere with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore. Whether you're looking for a quick bite, some unique shopping, or just a relaxing day by the ocean, Beach Place has it all. It's a great place to spend the day, and the sunset views are unbeatable. Highly recommend for locals and tourists alike!

This was a welcoming find as we needed a place to buy my daughter a bathing suit (she forgot hers back at the hotel) We found a great bargain at Seaside ($9.99 bathing suit) The bathrooms also were very clean and I’m glad the place had those bathrooms since we needed to change into our bathing suits and the beach had no changing rooms or public bathrooms nearby. We used the bathrooms when we got there and also when we left and needed to put back our dry clothes. We then proceeded to go to Hooters where we enjoyed the beach view and amazing chicken wings and fries. It was a nice place overall.

Attended a wedding at The Crystal Ballroom. What a amazing place to host a magical event. The smoke machine had the effect of the bride was walking on clouds. The staff was attentive and very professional. I was given a $15 dollar parking voucher. The Manager was warm and friendly ( Michael).

Great location across the beach. Places to eat. Clean bathrooms . I parked in a lot that said $20 all day, I noticed more parking areas ( meter app).

Great hotel right on Fort Lauderdale beach. Rooms were nice and clean.

All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Two issues with the hotel I found were that there are a total of 4 elevators that service the hotel and the parking below. This includes the public parking. So it can be a wait for an elevator.

The second is the parking lot is the best so pay attention and be prepared to park in tight spots.

Great fun while at the beach! The place came in handy today because of the rain.

Restaurants and shops, food, cigar and a gym. Cell phones, chocolate and sandwiches.

Falafel and listening to the sax player and hanging out was just really relaxing and enjoyable. Clean and we'll secured.

Covered parking for the beach and tables to eat. Clean bathrooms!

4 stars for mediocrity; nothing luxurious or special about the accommodations. Provided that Marriott is in the name, I would expect more in terms of overall aesthetics. The building itself is fairly run down and poorly remodeled/kept up. The views are amazing and the location is ideal for being close to everything beachside. Not worth the nightly rate in my opinion but with a vacation club incentive deal, definitely worth it.
