They charged me for services they didn't perform. Only after I called them out for it did they admit they didn't do it and remove the charge.
I decided to give them another shot. I went in for an oil change and they said they could get me in. Five hours later they tell me that they broke off a lug on my front tire (this was an oil change). They proceed to tell me that it would be about $130.00 charge for them to fix it and that I would have to pay! In a corner, I agreed. They said it would be next week before they got drill bit and lug to replace. They said they would call when it came in. They never called! They not only lost my business, they lost my wifes business, my kids business, my neighbors business, and anyone else I ever talk to needing service. There are plenty of other shops that are honest. I suggest going elsewhere. They guys are crooked.

So, they have a coupon for a $20 rotation and balance. I brought the truck in to do it. They tried to sell me all kinds of services, but I kept telling him I only wanted the rotate and balance because my son is a mechanic and he usually maintains the truck, but I’m going out of town and wanted it done before I travel. A few minutes later, the guy came from around the counter to tell me that if I want the balance, it is $20 per tire because the tires are “too big.” It shouldn’t matter what size tire I have (they are a standard truck tire, not oversized) and should be honored in the offering. I won’t go back if they can’t be honest.

They are the best. Had a nail in my tire and I thought I was going to need a new tire and they got the nail out without a problem. The 2 guys and the Women behind the desk were very helpful and friendly. You all turned my bad day into a good day! Thank you all very much!!

ome of the stupidest places ever to go to, please do not waste your time with these people, i called them only for a interview and the guy acted like the phone was breaking up and hung up the call. they are more childish that actual delinquents.

The last time I was in. They started doing a front end alignment that I did not authorize. When I made that clear the shop boss said he was taking my car off the lift and I could drive it the way it was. I had just purchased 4 tires from them. My car did not vibrate until they knocked they did not finish what they started.
