It’s December 16th at 4:12 PM and five minutes ago I called to ask if they had guitars he said yes, I said great. I said I’m heading right over now! I hadn’t been here in years and now I remember why they don’t say hello to you offer to help you whatsoever and just converse with one another. If you own a business, you would think that when people walk into your store, especially in the conversation that they would wanna help you or at least say a warm, but these guys have always been that way and like I said now I remember, never will I shop here again, cause apparently even years later, they’re exactly the same unfriendly. All I could feel was just pure judgment coming off of them and it was the same thing last time. It really pisses me off and disgusts.

To start, tim was very welcoming before we even got in the store. First pawn shop I have ever been to that is more worried about their customers than their money. It was an all around great experience and Tim was amazing.

Just found this shop online and decided to check it out. What an awesome decision!! Not really sure what I I was looking for I walked in open minded. Being an avid knife collector I figured I start there. Tim the owner showed me a very decent selection but ultimately I settled on a beautiful WW2 era combat knife. Overall selection is fantastic and Tim really knows his stuff. Will definitely be back!

I love a good pawn shop, and this place checks all the boxes. The best part of visiting a pawn shop is partaking in the art of the deal. This idea is lost on some establishments, but not Tim's! Cuba makes negotiating an action sport! I enjoy interacting with him, even though it always seems like he won the match. I'll definitely be back as long as he's there to make the deals, otherwise just stick a price tag on it, and call it Walmart.

Great place to go for firearm knowledge if ever thinking about purchasing one. Tim, Chris, etc amazing. Customer service is universal no matter where you work and even though these guys are complete tools…. Their customer service is nothing less than A1. LOL Jp Jp seriously though, You get a family vibe from start to finish. Salute to the staff I wish them tons of success.

The guy at the counter really knows his stuff when it comes to firearms. I brought in a relatively older firearm that not a lot of people know what it is, and he knew instantly what it was, and he gave me a fair loan amount for it. Very easy to deal with. Would recommend to friends
