Great experience from start to finish:
Ordered new tires and scheduled installation for the next day online.
Arrived 10 minutes before scheduled time, was greeted promptly by a very friendly advisor. Car was taken into the shop shortly after and in less than 1 hour I was back on the road.

Both the advisor and the technician where great.
Tires installed and balanced well.
Loved the tire availability (faster then some other stores) at competitive price and the quick turnaround while I was there.

I had a message from Kenny on my voicemail 3/15/2025. I listened to it this morning (3/16/2025) and he stated I had a vehicle waiting on tires that will not be ready until Tuesday. I called this morning because I do not have a car at tire kingdom nor do I even live in this city. I have never been to this city. The person who answered the phone (he sounded younger) told me he is not sure why I received the call and said kenny was there. I asked to talk with Kenny (since he called in the first place) because there are a lot scams going lately. The guy on the phone said "oh you are probably just in the system" and hung up on me. I called back 6 times to which time he would just say please hold and then leave me on hold. This is unacceptable. I just want to make sure someone is not using my information in another city somewhere, which should be completely understandable after receiving a call saying you are waiting on my authorization for a set of tires for a car in a city I have never been to. I will hold this Tire Kingdom responsible if fraudulent charges show up in any of my accounts since I tried to call and was treated like I did something wrong.

I’ve been coming to this tire shop for years. They are always my go to when I need a tire repair. When I come here, I trust that everything will be done properly. The front desk worker Arthur was very kind and helpful. He made a stressful experience 10x easier and made sure to update me through the process of my tire repair, and answered all my questions quickly and kindly.
