Yesterday I placed a call to T-Mobile regarding the upgrade I was coming in for, the rep by the name of JACKIE provided Fantastic customer service. I was greeted and also informed of the wait time if I wanted to come into Store at that moment. upon me arriving at T-Mobile 10 minutes later, Jackie again greeted me at the door, took my name down and when it was my turn, she made my transaction so smooth she was friendly. and She was very helpful the hold time. Thank you JACKIE for assisting me yesterday with my new pink iPhone upgrade.

Horrible! I switched carriers 4 months ago because I was promised a fair monthly price. A month went by and my bill was $30 higher, I went in to the store and waited to be seen 1 hr to be told I could just call and ask to speak with Sam, the guy that helped me initially and he would give me a credit until the account was fixed. It’s been 4 months and the account has not been fixed. I have to call the store and every single month to get this $30 credit. The manager Tiana is no help either, she’s always in a “meeting” and promises to call me back and she doesn’t. Horrible!

Had to see a manager because I was sold an iPad under a promotion where my line was eligible for. Came in on a Sunday and was told she isn't here on Sunday. Monday 9-5. So I went in at 4ish. Upon signing in I told the guy I need to see the Mgr. He said I still need to wait until the list is called. 4:55, I was called and told she is gone for the day and to come back tomorrow between 11-9. I have a job! I spoke with the person who signed me in and was told she is still here but in a meeting. I told him I am willing to wait. He said to tell another rep because he on break. I told the person who called me and he initially refused. And then said he will let her know but he was still on the counter not even helping anyone. We'll see if she comes out. They need to train the staff to know what they're doing instead of just making a sale. RIDICULOUS.

Eunice was great, actually helped finding our problem. The guy manager kind of sucked though, she was helping and he felt the need to tell the employee she was wrong about something (she was right) then basically told her she was wasting time helping us right in front of us. She saved us money. He just wanted us in and out ASAP.

What a giant waste of time? I went in to the store so that I could upgrade my old phone.(10/21) After waiting over 2 hours I still had no phone and more time to wait to be seen. The wait time was ridiculous. The customer service was lame! Do yourself a favor and avoid this store! Buy online, it’s so much easier.

Went recently with a friend and the guy named Chris with long hair who helped us was extremely rude and threw my friends phone and was saying smart comments to us that was unprofessional. Overall his attitude from the start was rude! Worst customer service ever!

Was here to purchase a phone at 720p and denied me because she said they close at 8p and it takes more than 40mins to complete the service and they were not staying after 8p . Can someone please explain to me what type of service they provide at certain times so I'd know what time to really be there .

I came to buy a phone. A lady at the entrance asked me my name so she could help me. and I wanted to go in to look at the phones and she told me I couldn't go in until I said my name. I came to buy, not to be given anything free And it is not a private store so they can serve me by appointment. Terrible service from ignorant people in this store..
