Horrible experience

If you want to be talked down and belittled, this is your shop.

Never in my life have I felt such disrespect. After leaving my designer bag at home in Nashville, we went to buy another one for my husbands work event. If he says go buy what you want the last thing I would expect is a random store clerk act like I can’t afford their store.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ps I still bought that Gucci purse… even though she didn’t deserve the money.

This is an exceptional store. Ruthanne was so kind and helpful and welcomed my son who played quietly while I shopped. I was traveling from out of town, and she offered to ship my items home. I look forward to coming back.

Cute store mentioned by one of the managers we know to pop in and look around so me and my friend did. door opened perfectly fine and when it was time to leave the door was locked . When asked why the door is locked to leave she said they do that when people walk in , but everyone was white when we came in and the door was unlocked .Make it make sense as to how your guest are supposed to come in if your doors are always locked after a new guest enters. Btw my friend was POC . I smell racism. Don’t go here if you got money to spend and you’re a person of color.

This store is selling pre owned designer bags and clothing items at prices that are either barely less expensive or more expensive than buying new. They had a Gucci GG mini bag for more than 1300$. The GG mini on the Gucci site is 850$. I do not understand this. Anyway I left irritated and perplexed by this. Just go to my sisters closet next time.

TBC has a lot of room for improvement. They are largely unresponsive on Instagram even though they post stories of items for sale every day (please create multiple accounts for your various stores!), it’s usually hard to tell which store has the item you’re interested in, they do not follow up as they promise or do what they say they will do, they charge ridiculous amounts to ship items of any size or shape and the shipments take way too long to arrive. At this point, I only buy from TBC if there is something I absolutely must have at a good price – otherwise, I much prefer to shop elsewhere. Please improve your customer service and buyer shopping experience!

I have had both in store an online ordering shopping experience. Do NOT order online. I went shopping in person at both Phoenix and Scottsdale locations. The Phoenix location was fine, I got a beautiful Chanel jacket there for a good price. The Scottsdale store is beautiful and the lovely lady who helped me- Ruth Ann? was wonderful. Tried on the most gorgeous Ungaro jacket but did not purchase that day. I thought about that jacket and decided to order it online for myself for my birthday, so I did. Paid for it, got the receipt. After 3 days I sent an email asking when my order would ship, no response. After 5 days I sent another asking when my order would ship. No response. At 9 days I sent another email asking when my order would ship. I also sent an email through the BBB. I got an immediate response saying they never received my previous emails. They refunded me. I did not want a refund, I wanted them to ship me the item I paid for for my birthday. I informed them of this and they said they gave me a credit of $25.
I think what happened was I bought the jacket online and they probably sold it in store and didn't know how to handle it so they just left my order unfulfilled for 9 days. I am just so disappointed as it was my birthday gift. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one was because of Ruth Ann being so lovely in store. If you are set on shopping here, do not do it online.

Just went to the store in hopes of selling some Christian Dior items. Went to the door at 530p and it was locked with people inside. The person at the desk just looked up at us through the door. No signs on the door that would say they arent open. They close at 6. I won't be back. There is too much competition in your segment to be rude to people.
