This place and the surrounding area are absolutely amazing! From the moment we stepped foot in the door (in the middle of the night after flight delays) Anna was a smiling face welcoming us to the resort.
Our villa was so luxurious! Every meal we enjoyed at the resort was 10/10. The hideaway pool is the best tucked away gem. We did the spa with day passes and enjoyed the hot tub and secluded seating arrangements. The staff at the spa were so nice and helpful. Evenings under the trees and by the fire pits were magical.
We were here attending a conference and even that was very well organized with great food and service.
Seriously, seems like a ridiculously glowing review but I promise - it’s a slice of heaven here.

Just finished an OUTSTANDING stay at Tommy Bahama resort in Indian Wells. Cannot say enough about the amazing service we received from every person we encountered working at this resort. The food was outstanding. The pool bartenders were attentive and even made us special drinks based on what we said we liked. The rooms were clean and the beds were SO comfy. We happened to arrive just as the resort completely filled up with LA fire evacuees with their children and pets and all of the staff here just took such good care of everyone. The only disappointment is that we were not informed of the complimentary yoga and sound bath classes and only found out our last day. An itinerary at check in of live music and events would have been wonderful. We did have the great pleasure our last day of taking one yoga class by Alex who was a phenomenal yoga instructor. We would love to return and would take advantage of Alex’s yoga and sound bath every day that we are here.

This is such a great resort! The grounds are beautiful and the people have been so nice. Ana at the front desk helped us several times and was so sweet and professional. We ate dinner at Grapefruit Basil and our waitress was so fantatic and the food was delicious. It was my husband's birthday and they left a bottle of wine in our room to celebrate. Overall, this was a great 3 night getaway for us!

This hotel is easy to get to in a beautiful area. We stayed in section 7. The room was adequate, cleaned perfectly every day while we were gone. The morning breakfast was excellent made more special with our waitress Ivonne. She was happy to share her knowledge of the area. Definitely go back. PS we booked through Costco travel and there is some added benefits.

Just stayed here a week for a work conference. This place was amazing from the time we walked in. Beautiful facilities and great service! We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant everyday. We only ate dinner offsite once throughout the week. Food and service was absolutely amazing. We spent a day in the spa area that was very relaxing and peaceful. There are a couple of pools to choose from and so many places to sit and enjoy the evenings after dinner. We will definitely be back sometime. Thank you for a great experience!

I don't enjoy this but the Miramonte isn't a bargain motel . I made our reservations in April , 4 rooms a junior suite and 3 standard rooms one with 2 queens .Inthe 9 months between they changed our reservation 3 times and never for the better . I was told repeatedly we are upgrading our furniture but we still managed to get rooms as far from the restaurant and bar as possible and with tired furniture and a mattress so old im sure Sinatra slept in it back in the day . |Was our room clean ? No, not really thestains were very evident . Was our room reddy on time no 1 1/2 hour after check in we were still sitting in the lobby .Did we get correct rooms ? Nope we were first told no rooms had 2 queens but pull out sofa was available, later that was changed . Did we enjoy the hotel restaurant? Nope we waited 90 minutes for entries and when they did show up salty and cold was about average .Tobe fair breakfast was better I'm told but as group of 9 we didn't chance dinner another night since we were told a reservation for that size couldn't be booked electronically.| What a shame we love the palm springs area and we love partying at The Nest but honestly between barking dogs , poor service and NO maid service over 4 days I can't say will will be back .I don't know who told these people " we are aware " is the answer to any or multiple issues but without a result it's just insulting . We spent almost 10k on meals and accommodations this week and the best thing I can say about this place is the parking is good .We love the area and Miimmos and The Nest or close by ,Tommy Bahama is cool brand but this place this year was total misfire

I was honestly a bit disappointed with this stay. The spa and staff were absolutely amazing. But for the price point, the hotel services and attention to detail was noticeably lacking.

The rooms are nice but nothing better than a regular 2 or 3 star hotel. Our faucets were leaky, the room had poor insulation resulting in us hearing our neighbors above, and the pillows and toiletries were low quality. More noticeably, there was also a significant air gap under the room door which let in light and sound from the hallway. We could clearly hear conversations down the hallway from our bed. I also got sick from one of our breakfasts at grapefruit basil, they also got our order wrong 🤷‍♂️.

Once again, the spa services and staff were absolutely incredible.

But overall, this place is not worth the money. There are cheaper and nicer options for both spas and hotels in the area.

Second time staying at this lovely resort. Lucy Gomez, Business and Leisure Sales Manager, was very friendly and informative, providing tips to us for things to do in the area. I was vacationing with friends, and she coordinated our stay, making sure we had what we needed. Checking in was easy. Good lunch in the dining room and waitstaff very friendly. Loved the jacuzzi which we used several times throughout our stay. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. Great way to unwind. Definitely will be back!
