The most horrendous experience I’ve ever had at a Tommy Bahama, Thomas Wade treated us like scum when we’ve been loyal customers for over a decade. We entrusted in the Tommy Bahama brand (like always when we travel) to provide an upscale experience and we’re met with nothing but smugness by what seemed like a sad worker.

I don’t know what the guy has going on personally, but I expect professionalism coming from this brand and it was our worst experience ever, genuinely considering our loyalty and will never return to this specific location.
We’ve spent thousands with this brand for travel, how did you ever get a manager like this. Must be a mistake

I have to tell you Dillard's has a better selection of men's Tommy Bahama clothing. That being said the service wasn't Dillard's either. 2x there and I wasn't impressed. Sad because I love Tommy Bahama clothing but the store wasn't for me. I prefer to shop Dillard's. Lacked good customer service.

First time at this location, service was great, drink was okay. My sea bass was good my son’s burger was good but overall I find the prices to be a bit high for a chain cafe. Nice decor inside as all other Florida

Incredible staff and ambiance, whenever we’re visiting around the circle we typically eat at the restaurant and then head over to the store. The staff is always incredibly helpful and kind, the store is beautiful and spotless. If they don’t have your size the staff is right away looking to see if it can be ordered. Mother’s Day we were in there so I could buy a pair of pants, they had a gentleman playing music inside it was so much fun, we really enjoyed our whole day from the restaurant to the store.

We are from Tennessee, and always love to visit the Tommy Bahama store on Armand Circle. Every time we've ever shopped there it has been such a fantastic experience. Rhonda is just the kindest, most helpful person. We LOVE that there is actually stock in the back if our size isn't out front. Our favorite store!!

Beautiful store, great merchandise but bought $1000 worth of merchandise in last several weeks and brought it back since they were having the 25% off sale. Instead of the manager just adjusting the merchandise willingly I was given a hard time. I returned it all, walked out of the store and reordered it all at discount with free shipping. No customer service anymore….

Wonderful assistance from a sales associate while shopping at St. Armand’s Circle in Sarasota Florida. She noticed a flaw in the garment I was about to purchased, that I didn’t, and since no others were available in my size, she suggested I just order a new one and have it sent to my home. I really appreciated her help. Just one of the many reasons why I love shopping at Tommy Bahama.

I have always had the best shopping experience at Tommy Bahama. One of my favorite locations is St. Armand Circle in Sarasota, Fl. The selections are great but the staff help create the experience. They are very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. Bill is one of my favorite sales persons as he always has a smile, no pressure and is fun and upbeat. If you’re in that store ask for Bill you won’t be disappointed.
